Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Give the gift of good times at the Lucas Hotel

By purchasing or using a Lucas Hotel gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed for goods and services throughout the Lucas Hotel, including accommodation, dining, beverages, and events.

Gift cards cannot be used for gaming or to purchase further gift cards.

Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

The expiry date is written on the card. Unused balances after this date will not be refunded or credited.

Purchasing & Value

Gift cards can be purchased in any amount between $20 and $1,000.

Cards are not reloadable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

The Lucas Hotel is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card.

Redemption Conditions

To redeem, present your gift card at the point of sale.

If the purchase exceeds the card’s balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Partial redemptions are allowed, and the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.

Limitations

Gift cards cannot be used for online bookings unless otherwise stated.

Not valid for third-party service providers operating within the hotel, unless expressly agreed.

Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For any disputes, the Lucas Hotel will work in good faith to resolve the matter fairly.
